from diverse knowledge of Psychology, Health Sciences, Yoga and
Meditation, this course emphasizes the role and contribution of
a person per se in the whole process of healing and will help students
to chart their healing journey on the basis of strategies and experiential
information provided.

A 10-Week Mind-Body Medicine Course for the community commenced at Regent Yoga Studio, Locke Street, Hamilton, Canada. Currently, 33 enthusiasts are participating in this course and more sections are being planned in collaboration with three other specialists for the Fall 2004 in the Hamilton and Burlington areas.

Zen of Living is conducting a Feel Good Workshop for technologists
and diagnosticians at Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada on 2nd November,
2003. Being organized by Michener Institute for Applied Health,
Toronto, participants will learn sure-fire methods to bust stress
and induce relaxation in fast-paced work-place or home. They will
also learn how to balance their life-style, overcome sleeping, health
and stress-related problems with practical and take-home tips. This
scientifically proven program will teach individuals how to be in
control of their lives when beset by unsettling work environment
present in the area of diagnostics where technologists have to deal
with seriously afflicted patients on daily basis.
